Roxann (Rock) Rose is the Director of Learning. She trains teachers, develops curriculum and works individually with students.
Rock and her son love Disney. She enjoys hula hooping, Crimson & Grey, reading and chai lattes.
Her favorite verse is 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
Roxann earned her initial teaching certificate in 1988 and her masters degree in curriculum development in 1994. She has worked with students aged preschool to 8th grade in both public and private schools. In addition she’s been preparing future teachers at WWU and WCC since 1995. In 1996 she was honored by Walt Disney Co for her teaching ability.
